Founded in 1946, Aigle Azur first positioned itself successfully in North Africa and then expanded across to the French and Mediterranean destinations. In 2001, the airline changed ownership under the GoFastGroup, but has continued to preserve the original spirit of the airline by focusing on providing services to their clients focused on two key words: loyalty and trust. The airline currently operates a fleet of Airbus’ A320 and A319 and has code-share agreements with Hainan Airlines and Transaero, along with interline agreements with Corsair, Sata International, Air Caraibes, Utair, and Air Corsica. Travelers are welcome to join the airline’s frequent flyer program, Azur Plus Program, to receive exclusive travel benefits and services.
