Top music festivals in Europe
Music makes life much better. Travelling offers you some great new experiences. So what if you could actually combine them? Here are some of the best music festivals in Europe that you shouldn’t miss this November.
1. Pitchfork Festival (Paris, France)
If you love indie music, this festival is the right one for you. In Paris, you will have the opportunity to watch your favourite artists, as well as fresh bands from pop to electronic and from rock to soul. Are you also interested in art exhibitions and vintage markets? Then again, here you are!
What you will see: The National, Ride, Kamasi Washington, Kevin Morby, BADBADNOTGOOD and more. (2-4 Nov)
2. Le guess who? (Utrecht, The Netherlands)
This festival is organized for the 11th time in Utrecht and has a more experimental character. International artists come to the Netherlands to present their work in different spots of the city. Bars, pubs, big concert venues and even churches are some of the places where you will watch them performing.

3. Iceland Airwaves (Reykjavik, Iceland)
A 5-day party with acts from Iceland and across the world. Concerts take place in different venues of Reykjavik, while this year, more than 9000 people are expected to visit the city for the festival. Don’t also miss the chance to explore the magic landscape of Iceland and take a picture of the black sand beaches, waterfalls and volcanos of the country.
What you will see: Arab Strap, Childhood, Fleet Foxes, Michael Kiwanuka, Billy Bragg and more. (1-5 Nov)
4. Crossing Borders (The Hague, The Netherlands)
This festival is ideal for all of you who love both music and literature. More than 100 artists participate in this big celebration in the Hague. The best part is that you will have the opportunity to meet your favourite authors and participate to discussions on how emerging technologies are shaping today’s society. Well, not the most typical thing to do in a music festival, but still, it’s always nice to try new things.
What you will see: Spoon, Nick Mulvey, John Grant and more. (2-5 Nov)
