The Bali Arts Festival (June / July)

Generally held mid-year from June until July, the Bali Arts Festival is a true celebration of local culture. Expect vibrant parades, memorable performances and traditional exhibitions galore!

Pager Wesi (November)

This festival is slightly more religious in nature and celebrates Sang Yang (who is the Balinese people's Creator of the Universe). It takes place in November and is a demonstration of the unique spirituality that exists throughout the island.

The Bali Kite Festival

Bali is known for the creation of massive traditional kites - and the Bali Kite Festival is where this aspect of their culture is celebrated. It is a massive tourist attraction, and the locals take great pride in exhibiting their masterpieces to children and adults alike.
